Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products or courses you order from Neuro-Dramatic-Play Ltd (NDP Ltd). If you need to speak to us about your order, then please contact our admin team by email at admin@ndptltd.org or write to us at our address: Neuro-Dramatic-Play Ltd, 118 Welsford Avenue, Wells, BA5 2JA, United Kingdom. You may cancel an order that we have accepted.
1.1 If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is confirmed or your course begins, and the contract between Neuro-Dramatic-Play Ltd and you is formed and ends at the end of 14 calendar days after that date. If you change your mind about the product or course(s) within this period and wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately using the following email: admin@ndpltd.org. Your right to cancel during the cooling off period is subject to the provisions below.
1.2 If the course(s) is(are) fully performed within the 14 calendar day cooling off period, you will lose your right to cancel after the course(s) is(are) complete.
1.3 If within the 14 calendar day cooling off period you cancel the course(s) after provision has begun but is not yet complete you will still be required to pay for the course(s) supplied up until the point at which you inform us that you wish to cancel. The amount due shall be calculated in proportion to the full price of the course(s) and the actual course(s) already provided. Any sums that have already been paid for the course(s) shall be refunded subject to deductions calculated in accordance with the foregoing. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued within 5 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform us that you wish to cancel. Please note that refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. Any certificates gained during this period will be voided. Due to the administrative costs in processing refunds you may be prohibited from repurchasing from us in the future.
1.4 Cancellation of orders / requests for refunds after the 14 calendar day cooling off period has elapsed are handled on a case by case basis. Please submit your cancellation and refund requests via admin@ndpltd.org
2. NDP Ltd reserves the right to cancel or edit a course when required. We will endeavour to make you aware of any major changes to the learning experience and to course materials and provide relevant alternatives if a course is discontinued – this may include adding new courses which cover the learning objectives in a more effective way or giving you access to the course materials for you to access online / download and self-host where possible.
3. NDP Ltd is not liable for any other costs you may incur to take part on a course, whether in person or online (e.g. travel and accommodation) due to cancellation and strongly recommends that you take out a suitable insurance policy when booking.
4. Staff cancellations, technology failures, weather conditions, low bookings, maintenance work, mechanical faults, civil unrest or other situations outside of our control may mean that some products or courses described become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to make changes to our programme, transfers, courses and/or facilitators. We are not travel agents or flight carriers and therefore do not take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays or cancellations. This also applies to accommodation.
5. We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control including those mentioned in paragraph 4; participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the course; loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
